Preserve It Now... Enjoy it Later, Boiling Water Bath and Pressure Canning Workshop will cover the basics of home canning with both boiling water bath and pressure canning processes. Purdue Extension Master Home Food Preservation instructors will teach the importance of boiling water bath and pressure canning foods. Participants will prepare tomatoes during this hands-on workshop.

This workshop will be held at Johnnie Mae Farm (2518 Winter St, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46803)

August 19th and September 17th from 9am-3pm. Cost is $60.
